在台灣高齡化的趨勢下，智慧產業學院（以下稱本院）以「白金產業」為產學研重要主軸，跨領域整合智慧產業和健康照護產業相關技術，設立智慧醫療場域。結合長照發展方向，本院已積極和中部醫療院所與長照機構簽訂合作備忘錄，共同研發照護服務，並於智慧醫療場域進行實踐，導入智慧物聯網及相關資通訊技術於健康照護產業。

智慧醫療場域實踐議題包括：智慧居家、智慧照護、智慧城市醫療系統、健慧健康食譜、飲食管理與建議、健檢建議與慢性病預防、健康APP、跌倒防範系統、醫療保健推薦…等。目前已結合智慧護理站（IoTTALK、EI-PAAS）、智慧無限定位、智慧病床（壓感枕頭、毫米波偵測）、智慧點滴、物聯網設備…等技術，輔以大數據分析和AI運算，發展智慧遠距問診和其他智慧醫療服務。未來本院將持續整合智慧科技與健康照護，讓高齡者可安心地居住在熟悉的場域中，同時獲得良善的照護服務，打造幸福而永續的白金產業。

The College of Intelligence plans to build an Intelligent Healthcare Lab in accordance with the government policy of long-term healthcare 2.0 development to cooperate with hospitals and long-term healthcare institutes in middle Taiwan to provide senior citizens with high quality healthcare services. With the application of information communication technology in the medical field, the College of Intelligence is able to develop de-institutionalized healthcare services, such as smart home, smart service care, smart health recipes, health APP, fall prevention system, smart phone data collection, healthcare recommendation, etc.
